Who we are

What we collect

We only collect what you type into our inquiry form: your name, company, email address, phone number, country, the product or service you are interested in, your estimated volume, and your message. If you arrive through a marketing link, we also record the campaign parameters in that link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign).

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not build behavioural profiles of visitors.

Why we use it

Solely to respond to your inquiry and to manage the resulting commercial relationship — preparing quotations, confirming specifications, and arranging shipment. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not send marketing email to addresses collected through the inquiry form unless you separately ask us to.

Where it is stored

Inquiries are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and are accessible only to authorised personnel of PT Ridha Dua Keluarga. New inquiries also trigger an internal notification so that we can respond promptly. Anti-spam verification is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not lead to a commercial relationship are deleted within 24 months. Records connected to an actual transaction are retained for as long as Indonesian commercial and tax law requires.

Your rights

You may ask us to give you a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to info@cocopeatblocksidoarjo.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
